This week we're welcoming Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Brian Mahan onto the show! In 2003, Brian suffered 7-10 panics attacks a day, following a catastrophic car wreck. After just 3 sessions with a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, he was symptom free and within weeks he began the training to become a practitioner. He has also studied extensively about healing developmental trauma and shame.
