RADAR — Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Washington)

Effective: October 18, 2026

This is the consumer health data privacy policy of Multiamory, LLC under Washington's My Health My Data Act (chapter 19.373 RCW). It is for Washington residents and for anyone whose data is collected in Washington, and it covers everything we offer: this website and our podcast, and our apps.

Our website and podcast collect no consumer health data. What the website does collect is described in the website's own Privacy Policy.

Our app RADAR is the only thing we offer in which consumer health data could exist, and only if you write it there. The rest of this page is about RADAR. Everything else about the app is in RADAR's own Privacy Policy.

What we collect, and why

We collect no health information unless you choose to write it. RADAR has no health field, asks no health question, and infers nothing about your health from anything. What it stores is the text you write in a check-in and any photo you add. That text and those photos can contain consumer health data — for example about your sexual or reproductive health, your mental health, a medication, or a pregnancy — only if you put it there.

We hold that content for one purpose: to store it for you, encrypted, to sync it between your own devices, and to deliver to the partner you chose the parts you marked as shared. We do not read it, we do not analyse it, we do not infer anything from it, and we use it for nothing else.

Where it comes from

From you, when you write or add it. For items a partner has shared with you, from that partner. Our sign-in providers (Google, Apple) give us account details only, never health data.

What we share

Only the items you mark as shared, only with the partner you chose, only at your direction. We do not sell consumer health data, and we use no location data or geofencing of any kind.

Who it goes to

  • Third parties: none. We share consumer health data with no advertiser, data broker, analytics company or anyone else.

  • Processors that store it for us, encrypted and under contract, and may not use it for themselves: Amazon Web Services, Inc.; Cloudflare, Inc.

  • Affiliate: Argonaut Creations, LLC, which publishes our apps. It is the same team, with the same access we have and no more.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you and who has received it, to have a copy of it, to withdraw consent to further collection or sharing, and to delete it.

  • How to ask. Email techsupport@multiamory.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm something only the account holder would know. No new account is needed.

  • How fast. Within 45 days of your request. If we need longer we will tell you why within those 45 days, and take at most 45 more.

  • Cost. Free. (The law lets us charge after the second request in a year; we don't.)

  • Deletion. We delete the data from all of our systems and tell our processors to do the same; copies in backups are gone within six months. Our general privacy policy, under Deleting your account, says exactly what deletion removes today.

  • Appeal. If we refuse a request, reply to our answer with the word appeal. A different member of our team reviews it and answers in writing within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you can complain to the Washington Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
