ABOUT THE HOSTS

“Hi! I’m Emily."

I strive to help individuals foster thriving connections through healthy communication skills, no matter what type of relationship configuration they practice.

I've been deeply interested in interpersonal relationships since an early age, and co-hosting the Multiamory Podcast for the past decade with my two closest friends has truly been one of the greatest privileges of my life. In addition to creating content for the show, I also serve as its editor and producer. I am the co-author of Multiamory: Essential Tools for Modern Relationships, and am an actor and singer who has performed on many international stages. I am also a proud vegan who can finally (as of 2024) call New York City my home!

“Dedeker, here."

I’m a non-monogamy educator, relationship coach, and Somatic Experiencing practitioner.

My life’s work is helping people connect with the relationship style that resonates while empowering them to communicate with honesty, compassion, and integrity. I also use my trauma healing background to help my clients understand and move through the pain and baggage that is holding them back from connecting fully with their loved ones. I am also the author of The Smart Girl’s Guide to Polyamory in addition to co-authoring Multiamory: Essential Tools for Modern Relationships.

“Hey. I’m Jase."

I'm a passionate advocate for relationship diversity, dedicating my life to educating others about healthy communication, mental health, and consensual non-monogamy.

As a co-host of the Multiamory podcast for the past decade and co-author of the book "Multiamory: Essential Tools for Modern Relationships," I bring a unique perspective to promoting acceptance and non-discrimination for individuals in non-traditional relationships. With a background in positive psychology, consent education, and mindfulness practice, I collaborate with international companies to expand their non-discrimination policies and protect people against bias based on their relationship and family structure. My mission is to create a more compassionate society where everyone can express their relationships honestly without fear of judgment, especially in the workplace.

Multiamory: Essential Tools for Modern Relationships

Relationships aren't "one-size-fits-all" so why should relationship advice be?

“This book is useful not only for people interested in the wide and wild world of consensual non monogamies, but anyone who wants to have a relationship founded in skills like conflict resolution, positive communication styles, and compassion.”
Dr. Elisabeth “Eli” Sheff

Many of the primary resources for relationship advice are frustratingly religious, unapproachable and academic, or alienating to anyone who falls outside the mainstream of heterosexual monogamy. Over 10 years and hundreds of episodes, they have spent hours nerding out over research, reading up on evidence-based relationship advice, and listening to the personal struggles of hundreds of couples and individuals. All this is combined to create a fun, relatable, and practical collection of the most popular communication tools, advice, and wisdom from the Multiamory podcast.
